| | | | Details for eligibility | St George Physiotherapy Clinic – a Designated Clinic under the Ministry of health Of Ontario. Insured Physiotherapy Services are defined as services rendered by designated physiotherapy clinics, when ordered by a physician and rendered by a physiotherapist employed or under contract with a designated physiotherapy clinic to insured individuals who: - Younger than 20yrs of age of 65 years of age or older.
- Individuals who following discharge as a hospital patient have physiotherapy need directly connected to a condition, illness or injury for which the individual was admitted to hospital (post acute hospitalization).; or Individuals who require in-home services due to their condition, illness, or injury (including residents of LTC home facilities).
