What is Patient Access?

We all have busy schedules. Uptown Health Centre makes it easier to see when your doctor has an opening for an appointment. The system allows you to book the appointment yourself at a time that`s convenient to you. Instead of having to book by telephone and adhering to the constraints of office hours, you will be able to book your appointment at anytime of the day or night, with the additional ability to provide specific information relevant to your appointment. This will allow your physician to prepare for your visit and any questions you may have.

Uptown Health Centre`s Patient Access powered by myNightingale is a totally secure web-based solution that allows you to communicate with your doctor, or access information from anywhere, anytime. Accessing and navigating the application is simple - much the same as accessing and navigating the World Wide Web. All you need is a computer running Microsoft Internet Explorer, a connection to the Internet and access permission from your doctor.
